As a solo esthetician, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a seamless schedule and deliver the highest quality service, I kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies: • Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service total. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service total. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service total.
